My Commitment to You

Picture
If you select me as the Prospective Conservative Parliamentary Candidate, Sarah and I would move to the heart of the Constituency straight away and make our only home here.

I would then be your full time Candidate and campaign all day, every day to become your MP:
  • Delivering in a different ward every day
  • Leading campaign teams every day in the run up to the General Election
  • Organising Action Days every weekend, starting in those target areas
  • Introducing myself to voters on their doorstep and when delivery leaflets
  • Introducing myself to shoppers at 'street stalls' on market days and Saturdays
  • Visiting voluntary groups, and meeting with business and public sector leaders
  • Getting to know the key personalities in the Constituency
  • Understanding what issues are most important to my future constituents
  • Organising and attending 'house meetings' to discuss and debate important issues
  • Creating websites / social media pages and designing leaflets / surveys etc
  • Meeting all those who recently resigned their membership, to invite them back

Whilst campaigning, I would be getting to know your constituency inside and out, understanding the issues that were most important to the area and when appropriate, joining in with or starting our own action campaigns.

I would also be getting to know your Conservative Association as soon as I can by meeting up with the branch chairman and members, branch AGMs that are coming soon, coffee mornings, fundraising events and visiting all our activists, Councillors and candidates.
At the same time I would offer 'mutual aid' to our 40:40 target seats.

Throughout the build up to the General Election, I would be making advance preparations with our Campaign Team in conjunction with CCHQ.

This would ensure that when the election was officially called the final stages of the Constituency campaign would already be in place and ready to go.
